Would you like to become a member of the CDC? Columbia Democratic Club has two types of membership.
Voting membership in the CDC is open to anyone registered as a Democrat in Howard County.
Associate membership, without voting privileges, is open to registered Democrats who are non-residents of Howard County. It is also open to residents of Howard County under the legal voting age. In 2021, we updated our bylaws to open Associate membership to non-citizens.
Membership is on an annual basis starting in January. Memberships paid after October 1 are valid for the following year.
